What this page covers
This page describes how Tracehold (“we”, “us”) handles information you voluntarily share with us through tracehold.ai and its subdomains. It does not cover the Tracehold product itself, which runs inside your own infrastructure and is governed by a separate data processing agreement when you become a customer.
What we collect
When you submit the “Book a demo” form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Optional free-text describing what you are trying to secure
We also store the referring URL (if any) and a one-way hash of the IP address used to submit the form, so we can rate-limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
We do not use cookies to track visitors. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on this site, it collects aggregate, anonymized page-view counts with no fingerprinting, no cookies, and no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to contact you about a Tracehold demo. We will not:
- Add you to a newsletter or marketing drip campaign
- Sell, rent, or share your information with third parties
- Use your information for targeted advertising
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database operated by Tracehold. A notification email is delivered to our internal team inbox via Gmail SMTP. We retain demo requests for up to twelve months or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted to us. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] from the address you used on the form. We will respond within thirty days.
